Ahhh The Colts defense hasn't been playing without three key starters for a while. Powers didnt play vs The Jets, so he could heal. Brock is still a starter just not at DE because Freeney and Mathis are so good. The Saints on the other hand have a bad defense and Manning will kill them up. Everyone knows Brees will fumble atleast once. He lost 6/10 fumbles for the season. The saints defense will blow it for them. It's obvious The Colts defense has gotten better each game. The saints arent very good closers, the Colts are the best at playing 60 mins. Colts by at least 2 tds.

You are so right Mike. Carson, Butkus, Nitschke, Huff, Lambert, Bednarik, Lanier and Singletary are all in the Hall of Fame. Curtis & Nobis are missing from this group of greats... It is such a shame...

Thanks for the website! Mike Curtis was a great football player period and should be in the HOF. Someone mentioned Harry Carson being better - please! That is just a stuipid comment. In my opinion the best MLBs ever were Butkus, Curtis, Nitschke, Huff and Lambert...end of story. Others were great too, including Bednarik, Lanier, Nobis and Singletary, but the guys mentioned above all affected offensive game plans and scared players and coaches alike. People tend to put too much into stats, particularly tackles, but what they forget are the plays designed to run away from these guys and you just can't measure that. Someone else mentioned that Curtis was not always a MLB....this is true, but this was in part because of his tremendous closing speed and because they already had a MLB in Dennis Gaubatz. However, when Curtis finally did move into the middle, he was regarded as one of the best! The fact remains that many of today's players get voted into the HOF on less credentials!
